The questions that actually decide it.
How long from approval to delivery?
Standard is 21 days from artwork approval. Express is 10–14 days. Both include tracked delivery to your region — tell us your date on the form and we'll confirm it before you pay
Can I really order just 60 pairs?
Yes — 60 is the genuine minimum on bamboo crew, golf, athletic, equestrian and kids. Cycling starts at 100 and workwear at 250. Bear in mind the per-pair price falls sharply at 100, so smaller orders carry a higher unit cost. If you need fewer than 60, ask — we can sometimes work something out.
My logo is a JPG. Is that a problem?
No. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) are ideal, but if all you have is a PNG or JPG we'll trace it to vector for you. Simple, bold marks with strong contrast knit best; very fine detail and thin type get lost in the yarn, and we'll tell you that before you order rather than after.
Can we match our exact brand colours?
We match to Pantone Solid Coated. Send your Pantone references, or your hex codes and we'll find the closest coated match and show it to you in the artwork. A handful of very bright colours sit outside the coated gamut — if yours does, we'll flag it and show you the nearest achievable option before anything is knitted.
Can we mix designs, sizes or ship to multiple countries?
Yes to all three. Multiple designs can run inside one order against the same minimum, and we run multi-country programs regularly — separate consignments, separate documentation, one point of contact. Payment by card, ACH/SEPA/BACS, wire, or purchase order for corporate accounts.
What if they arrive wrong?
You approve the artwork before anything is knitted, so there are no surprises on the design. If the run doesn't match what you signed off, or arrives damaged, we replace it. Every custom order also carries our Hole-In-One Guarantee against holes in wear.
