Where are Solos™ socks manufactured?
We proudly manufacture in China, Turkey and Indonesia using internally and third-party audited factory partners with decades of experience between us. We chose this partner because they share our obsession with quality and maintain rigorous international certifications that most "mass-market" factories simply cannot meet.
What certifications does your factory hold?
Our production line is governed by ISO standards, the international benchmark for quality management. This ensures that every pair of Solos—from our custom branded lines to our NeuWave™ performance range—is built with repeatable precision and minimal waste.
Materials & Safety
Are the materials used in Solos™ safe for my skin?
Yes. All yarns used in our manufacturing process are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. This means they have been tested for harmful substances and are declared 100% safe for direct contact with human skin.
What is your commitment to sustainability?
We prioritize the planet at the fibre level. We utilise yarns that meet the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). This certification tracks the recycled content through the entire supply chain, ensuring that the materials are not only genuine but produced under ethical and environmentally conscious conditions.
Where do you source your Merino Wool?
For our retail range, we use 100% Australian Merino wool yarn (This is the highest percentage yarn globally). We source only from suppliers who prioritise animal welfare and sustainable farming practices, ensuring the "purest yarn globally" is also the most ethical.

Custom Manufacturing
How are the designs applied to the socks?
Unlike "fast-fashion" brands that print designs on top of the fabric (which can peel or fade), Solos™ designs are knitted directly into the structure of the sock. This "knitted-in" process is more durable and eliminates the heavy chemical use often found in traditional textile printing.
Why do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ (starting at 60 units) exists to maintain ethical production efficiency. By manufacturing in batches, we minimize the energy waste and carbon footprint associated with "one-off" production runs, allowing us to maintain a greener supply chain.
