Production & Delivery

Shipping & Returns
At Solos Socks, we're proud to offer fast, reliable, worldwide delivery for all custom orders. Every shipment is handled with care and tracked door-to-door to ensure your custom socks arrive safely and on time.
Courier Partners: DHL Express & FedEx Express · Delivery Timeframe: 2–5 business days globally after dispatch
Shipping Costs — calculated based on order size, weight, and destination, and clearly displayed in your quote before production begins. We also offer consolidated shipping for bulk or multi-location deliveries.
Returns Policy — because each Solos Socks order is custom-made specifically for your brand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error has been made on our part. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for any incorrect or faulty item.
Care Instructions
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) with similar colours
- Use a gentle cycle to preserve elasticity and colour
- Turn socks inside out before washing for best results
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents — they can damage natural fibres
- Air dry flat or hang to dry naturally
- Avoid tumble drying where possible; high heat can reduce lifespan and elasticity
- Do not iron
