    Brief Zoe

    Tell her the client, the occasion and the look, in your own words. Type it or say it out loud.

    Add their logo

    Drop in Illustrator, PDF, SVG or PNG files. "Remove white" cleans up a logo's background in one tap.

    Refine it

    Ask Zoe for changes, or grab the design and edit it by hand. Mix both as much as you like.

    Save to My Studio, download a proof for your client, or send it to our team for final artwork.

What happens after you hit send.

    Final artwork

    Our team turns your Studio design into production artwork the same day, with unlimited revisions.

  2. 02

    Sign-off & PO

    Your client approves the artwork and you send the PO. That's when the clock starts.

  3. 03

    Production

    3 to 4 weeks depending on the sock. Need it sooner? Express is 14–21 days for 10% extra.

  4. 04

    Delivered

    Freight included, tracked live in your portal. Ask Zoe where it's up to anytime.

Studio questions

Does Studio cost extra?

No. Solos™ Studio is part of the partner portal, along with Zoe.

Can I design live with my client?

Yes, that's what it's built for. Share your screen or turn your laptop around, brief Zoe together and send the proof before you leave.

Is the Studio design the final artwork?

It's the brief our team works from. We produce the final production artwork, usually the same day, and you and your client sign it off before anything is knitted.

What if a design can't be knitted?

The knit checks flag colour limits and placement as you design, and Zoe works within the same rules. Our team checks every design again before final artwork.

Where is Studio available?

Studio is in beta with Australian and New Zealand partners now, and rolls out globally to distributors and corporates from 1 November 2026.

Who can see my designs?

Only your login. Not other staff at your company, not other partners, and not our team until you choose to send one.
