What does it cost?
Nothing. It's free for every active Solos™ distributor and reseller.
How do you know a client is mine?
The client on your order, the design you ordered and the reorder code on the socks. Any one of them sends the client back to you.
Do I have to hand over my client list?
No. Each order you place registers that client. Add their email to an order for the strongest protection.
What if another distributor sells to the same company?
You each keep the people and designs you brought us. If two partners have served the same person, the most recent order wins.
What if my client wants to buy direct anyway?
We send them back to you. That's the rule.
Who counts as an active partner?
Any distributor or reseller currently ordering custom products from Solos™. Not sure? Ask your account manager.
