Clause 1

The Promoter

The promotion is run by Solos™, contactable at admin@solossocks.com and via www.solossocks.com.

Clause 2

Nature of the Promotion

2.1 The Challenge is a skill-based promotion. The outcome is determined entirely by demonstrated golfing skill.

2.2 The Challenge is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or game of chance.

2.3 Entry is free of charge. The purchase of Solos Golf Socks is a product purchase, not an entry fee.

2.4 This is a one-off, single-prize promotion. Once a valid claim is verified and the prize awarded, the Challenge will close.

Clause 3

Eligibility

3.1 The Challenge is open to golfers worldwide, subject to the conditions below.

3.2 To be eligible, entrants must: (a) be aged 18 years or older; (b) hold a current, valid registered golf handicap; (c) be an amateur golfer; (d) have purchased at least one pair of Solos retail branded Golf Socks; (e) register via the official online form.

3.3 Employees and immediate family members of Solos™ are not eligible.

Clause 4

How to Enter

1. Purchase at least one pair of Solos retail branded Golf Socks and retain the order number.
2. Register via the official online form.
3. Play a full 18-hole round wearing Solos Golf Socks.
4. Film the eligible par 3 hole in full per Clause 8.
5. Achieve a hole-in-one on the eligible par 3.
6. Submit a claim to admin@solossocks.com with all required documentation.

All steps must be completed. Partial entries will not be considered.

Clause 5

Purchase Requirement

Entrants must have purchased at least one pair of Solos retail branded Golf Socks prior to playing their qualifying round. The purchase is a consumer product purchase only and does not constitute an entry fee.

Clause 6

Registration

Registration is free and must be completed via the official Solos Challenge registration form. Only one registration is permitted per person. The Challenge launches on 1 May 2026. Rounds played before this date are not eligible.

Clause 7

Round & Course Requirements

The qualifying round must be: (a) a full 18-hole round; (b) on an officially rated course with par 69 or above; (c) played on or after 1 May 2026; (d) scorecard signed by a club professional; (e) entrant wearing Solos Golf Socks throughout and visibly on camera; (f) par 3 hole measuring over 100 metres from tee to pin.

Clause 8

Footage Requirements

Footage must be continuous and unedited, clearly show Solos Socks being worn, capture the full tee shot, show the ball entering the hole, and show the entrant retrieving the ball from the cup. Edited footage results in automatic disqualification.

Clause 9

Claim Submission

Email admin@solossocks.com with subject "Hole-In-One Claim" including: full name, email, Solos order number, handicap number, unedited footage, signed scorecard, club professional contact details, and course name and hole number.

Clause 10

Verification Process

The Promoter will verify all footage, order numbers, handicap details, and scorecard authenticity. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. Where two valid claims are submitted simultaneously, the earliest verified date and time wins.

Clause 11

The Prize

The prize is $10,000 AUD — a one-off, single award. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. International winners are responsible for any currency conversion fees or taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

Clause 12

Prize Payment

The prize will be paid via direct bank transfer within 30 days of claim verification. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or fails to provide bank details within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize.

Clause 13

Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who provides false information, submits edited footage, is ineligible, is a professional golfer, or tampers with the process. Fraudulent claims may be referred to relevant authorities.

Clause 14

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the Challenge. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Challenge at any time.

Clause 15

Privacy

Personal information is used solely for administering the Challenge. The winner consents to publicity use. Entrants may request data access or deletion by contacting admin@solossocks.com.

Clause 16

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The Challenge is not affiliated with any golf governing body or social media platform.
